Ritual for All

Accessible • Intentional • Kind

Creating accessible, supportive spaces at concerts across California. After supporting fans at Louder Than Life and multiple Sleep Token shows, we’re expanding to help even more fans feel safe and included at live music events.

What we're trying to do

Ritual for All is a people-centered accessibility and support presence at concerts.
We help fans with neurodivergence, anxiety, physical disabilities, mental health needs and anyone in between.
Our mission is simple: everyone deserves to feel welcome at live shows. Music is universal.

Funding and support

The first-ever of its kind Ritual for All system.RFA’s first launches have been successful, and we’re now accepting support to help fuel expansion across California.

All contributions go directly toward:

  • Accessibility + sensory support materials

  • Signage and information tools

  • Safety and communication equipment

  • Travel costs

If you’d like to contribute, your support helps us bring RFA to more fans who need us.

What we do

  • Accessibility Support- Mobility guidance, sensory tools, and help navigating large or overwhelming venues.

  • Emotional Support- Grounding, reassurance, and a calm presence for fans experiencing anxiety, panic, or sensory overload.

  • Safety & Awareness- We help identify exits, low-stim spots, and connect fans with venue staff when needed.

Where we've been

  • Louder Than Life Festival (KY)

  • Sleep Token — Oakland

  • Sleep Token — Los Angeles

These shows have helped us connect with fans who need safer, more supportive concert environments — and proved how essential this work is.

Where we're going

RfA is now focusing on:

  • Expanding across California

  • Supporting more concerts and live music experiences

  • Strengthening our accessibility resources and training

This is just the beginning.

The Kindred-

The Kindred are fans supporting one another through steady presence and shared care.
There are two main roles:

THE EMBERS
Embers are fans who have physical, sensory, developmental, or mental health needs that may require support during shows.
This includes chronic illness, autism, ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, mobility needs, or anything that makes concerts more challenging.
We help Embers feel seen, safe, and empowered to enjoy live music without fear or shame. You never have to apologize for what you need — Ritual for All is here for you.

THE SANCTUARY
The Sanctuary is our volunteer group who provide care, grounding, safety awareness, and connection at shows.
Sanctuary members help by:

  • Acting as a grounding area at shows for regulation and care

  • Offering sensory items or grounding support

  • Helping locate staff or request accommodations

  • Being a visible, supportive presence for fans online

  • Being aware of individual needs of embers (if they want to share that information)
